We currently ship across India. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders: FREE shipping across India
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹79 per order

Cash on Delivery Availability

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery: Within 15 working days from the date of order, depending on your location.

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 10 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delays

During festivals, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances (weather disruptions, carrier delays, etc.), your order may take longer than expected. We will do our best to keep you updated and get your order delivered as soon as possible.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
